Hiring of J.C.B. (front end loader 1 cum capacity with breaker) for widening of road, repair of berms, removal of slips and clearence of drains in all kinds of soil including breaking and chiselling with breaker of soft and hard rock as per direction of Engineer in charge. The JCB or breaker should be made available by the contractor as and when required even on Sunday and other holiday. JCB should be worked minimum 8.00 hours from 9.00AM to 5.00 PM daily and any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period shall be the absolute responsibility of the JCB owner which shall have fully componsated by the contractor in all cases.The log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-charge.
