Rewinding of 25 HP submersible motor with PVC insulated copper wiring wooden wedges insulatted sheet sleeves solder insulated type and all the other items at the time of rewinding complete in respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Repair and aligment of of rotor shaft as per filling of welding and turning to the accurate size with repair old slots of wedges in all leads and lifts.

Prov and fixing gun metal bush for rotor shaft complete job with turning and finishing of bushes to the accurate size of rotor shaft in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing steel rubber bushed in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Sisc set for submersible motor of 25 HP set with base and carbon disc set with all respect.

Providing and fixing water proof cable 3 core 10 sq mm as per IS 694 Part - II, 1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump including all other electrical equipments such as thimbles, cable glands etc laid in trench or pipe. The type size shal be subject to approval of electrical authorities to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of suitable full automatic starter suiable for 25 HP transformer/starter of standard make such as MEI/Kilburn/Jyoti/L&T/S&S confirming to BIS 8544-1979 latest with up to date ammendments for squirrel/slippering motor( make to be spcified bt the tenders) mounted on panel board with magnetic type over loadrelease and daspot, time, logunder voltage release with intitialoil filling as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of nut & bolt 5.8 x 3\\" long complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Bore well motor and pump lifting by using 8 man power and after repair set in original position complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
