Name of Work:- Restoration of rain damages of LWSS Aman-II in GP Dimmi in Tehsil. Bhoranj, Distt. Hamirpur HP (SH: Diversion of water way at LWSS Aman-II, Dredging of River bed of LWSS Patna Nallah and laying, jointing and testing of GI pipe of 65 mm dia from Patna Nallah Patna Pump House upto Storage Tank Uparla Tikker)(Under PDNA).

Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting excavating or filling marking diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricant and wage of operational staff any repair brakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinary one place to another place at required location. Actual working house will accounted for the payment and six hours working per day will required average minimum 20cm excavation in all kinds of woil including loading in topper trucks, dewatering and disposal of excavation earth with in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured in one hours.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returniing the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterng and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of Medium grade plain ended with butt welding joint complete (excluding cost of bends, valves and butt welding) for the following dia as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Labour rate).

Providing circumferencial Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GI Pipes medium/Heavy class, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5mm to 6.3mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)- CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
