| 32 | Supply and erection of submersible non clog sewage pump of KSB make capable of hadling sludge solid 50 to 65mm dia comprising to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS: 5669-1970 having greased packed bearing and shaft bound stated on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump sides ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specification. The pump shall be directly coupled to submersible squirrel cage motor of approved make suitable for above make pump ;confirming to BIS: 9238-1979 with latest upto date ammendments of 1450/2900 RPM totaly dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by interned into casing with doubole mechanical seal in grease/oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate with standing vertical ooads with minimum wear and tear including panel board sluice valve NRV etc. . It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor.
