Item No.3:Providing and fixing Polypropylene Glass Lined gate consisting of 4 mm thick M.S. sheet of high quality material welded properly on frame consisting of M.S.channel ISMC 150 x 75 to have zero leakage to which M.S.angles of size ISA 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 2 in nos.to be welded vertically and horizontaly ensuring further welding of hinges which will be hinged with M.S.Channel frame sized properly in size 100 X 50 mm, material of all above members should confirm IS 226 & iS 2062 and embedding whole assembly in the concrete by fasteners with skilled workmanship to facilitate the gate operation as per drawing provided. The entire fabrication surface should be smooth ened by sand blasting and then coated first by resin, followed by chopped strand mat to the entire assembly, applying resin on chopped strand PPGL mat, fixing chopped strand mat to the entire assembly for second time, applying resin on the chopped strand mat for second time, applying glass fiber tissue sheet on top surface covered with final coat of resin, curing the same for 2-3 days excluding transportation, etc., complete The gate shall withstand hydrostatic pressure of 4.5 m with adequate factor of safety.
