Excavation of COT by mechanical means in all types of soil and rocky strata including dressing the channals, sids, slopes and bed to specified grade and line, loading of excavated material and transporting the same excavated material for utilizing in hearting zone, COT and OB dumps neatly dressed by dozer with all leads and lift as per the instruction of Engineering- in - charge etc all complete. The contractor has to prepare and maintain the interal roads requirement for transportation and the item includes all the cost of hiring, running cost of all required machinery.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
