The isolator shall be tested after completion of work and made fully functional and safe for operation. |
| 11 | Repairing, overhauling and servicing of 400A, 3.3 kV, 3 pole vacuum contactors, by dismantling of defective parts, repairing of burnt coils, servicing of operating mechanism, re-assembling of contactors and mounting on the structure etc. as required at site. |
| 12 | Servicing of panel including decarbonising of contacts, capacitor terminations, tightening of all nut bolts, cleaning of various components and dusting of complete panel. |
| 13 | Installation of various components as described above in the APFC panel including mounting with suitable hardware and mounting arrangements electrical interconnections of control wiring with multi-strand copper wire and power connections with aluminium links etc. as required at site. |
| 14 | Testing & commissioning of APFC panels and fixed capacitor banks as per required parameters including following: i. Continuity and earth test ii. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, and phase to earth. iii. All function tests of complete installation iv Monitoring of power factor |
