Supply, fabrication, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Backlit Glow Sign Board of approved design and size, consisting of MS square tube frame (minimum 25mm x 25mm x 1.6mm thick) duly welded, treated with anti-rust primer and finished with enamel paint backing with 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheet, front face with 3mm thick translucent acrylic sheet, complete with high brightness IP65 rated SMD LED modules (minimum 1.2W each) with uniform illumination, suitable electronic driver (SMPS) conforming to 220–240V AC input and 12V DC output, internal FRLS copper wiring, weatherproof junction box, earthing provision, fixing arrangement with MS brackets, anchor fasteners, stainless steel screws, sealing with silicone for weatherproofing, including high resolution digitally printed CNC cut acrylic lettering as approved, complete in all respects and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
