| 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid All-In-Two Solar Powered LED Street Light, the luminaire housing shall be made of die-cast aluminum and the solar sub-system housing shall be made of extruded aluminium with corrosion resistant finish. The system shall be of All-In-Two construction with independent solar sub-system allowing flexible photovoltaic orientation for maximum solar energy collection. The luminaire shall be minimum IP66 rated and IK10 impact resistant, while the solar sub-system shall be minimum IP54 rated. The fixture shall be pole mounted and suitable for road and area lighting applications. The solar sub-system shall include a pre-tilted mounting bracket to maximize solar exposure. The fixture shall include an in-built high-performance LED luminaire integrated with a solar power system. The solar sub-system shall consist of a high-efficiency monocrystalline photovoltaic panel, Solar PV panel size 150Wp and panel voltage 18V, deep cycle Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, integrated MPPT charge controller System wattage options shall be 55W with a system efficacy of 165 lm/W. Charge controller efficiency shall be ≥97% (charging) and ≥96% (discharging). Inbuilt surge protection shall be minimum 10kV (Hybrid version). Protection shall include battery reverse polarity, panel reverse polarity, battery over voltage, panel over voltage, reverse current into PV, load short circuit, over temperature protection and 0°C charging protection. The luminaire shall have an in-built high efficiency LED light engine with system lumen output options of 9000 lumens operating at 55W. Lumen Efficacy of 165 lumens/Watt. Correlated Color Temperature shall be 5700K and Color Rendering Index shall be ≥70. Optical distribution shall be suitable for road and area lighting applications with uniform illumination. The luminaire shall operate with automatic dusk-to-dawn ON/OFF sensing. The battery shall be Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) type with minimum 2000 charge cycles at 90% depth of discharge, battery capacity 12.8V 72Ah. Autonomy shall be minimum 2 nights with configured dimming profile and approximately 15 hours at 100% output on fully charged battery without dimming. The dimming profile shall be 3 hours at 100%, 2 hours at 70%, 5 hours at 30% and 2 hours at 100%. The luminaire shall have a declared life of 50,000 burning hours at L70B50. The system shall include indication for battery charging and fault conditions. The luminaire and control gear shall comply with IEC 55015, EN 61547, EN 61000-6-3, IEC 62109-1:2019 and IEC 61000-4-5:2017 standards.Note: The luminaire shall be supplied as a complete integrated solar lighting system including PV panel, battery, MPPT charge controller, mounting brackets and IP67 connectors. All technical parameters shall be subject to approval by the lighting designer / engineer prior to supply. Manufacturer of the fixture should have in-house NABL approved testing Lab with a facility to test , Photometry of the product. (certificates should be provided before supplying or demanding of AOI fixture) The job further includes replacement warranty of fixture (if damaged/burnt out what so ever reason) for a period of two years reckoned from date of successful commissioning /handing over of site to intending department. The fixture should have LM 79 for the fixture, LM 80 for the LED chip, BIS for the battery cell. certificates and same are to be submitted before approving of fixture.
