Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil including rough dressing, leveling the foundation bed and laying the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 0.30m depth in the specified filling sections, rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and disposing the excess earth away from work site with cost of all labour, T&P and workers welfare cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in appproved borrow area by mechanical means,loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with lead of 5 km on prepared surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers for all heights including construction,maitenance watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and spreading sand of aproved specification on compacted surface of earh dam or dykes to proper slope and level within an initial lead with cost of all labour, T&P and workers welfare cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading granite chips of size 20mm down graded in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam or dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead with cost of all labour, T&P and workers welfare cess etc. complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking at work site and conveying from stacks and dry stone masonary or rough stone dry masonary with stone other than granite of 30cm and above size with wedging, hammering and filling the inetrstics with smal spalls incluidng cost, carriage, royalty all taxes of materials , workers welfare cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Quarrying,Collecting, supplying and stacking of stone other than granite of 30cm and above length in any direction from approved quarry free from whether skin surface and other deterious materials and packing the stones in rip-raps, spur and slope protection works in river embnakments to required profile in all heights and depths incluidng filling the inetrstics with small stones with wedging, hammering and filling the packing surface to propoer line and levels including fiixng wave breakers etc complete with all cost of incidental charges incluidng cost, carriage, royalty all taxes of materials , workers welfare cess etc complete as per drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
