Sweeping of assigned roads with Mechanical Road Sweeper in compliance to detailed technical specifications in RFP document and transportation of silt/waste so gerenated from sweeping and collected in hopper to designated site. (Annual Quantity worked out considering 208.40 Lane Kms road length to be swept for minimum 350 days in a year)

Wall to Walll Sweeping,Litter picking,GPS & TPW of road berms and footpath of entire assigned road stretch excluding road portion cleaned by Mechanical Road Sweeper-Non-commercial portion along with transportation of generated waste in segregated manner using LCV vehicle to the designated location. (Annual Quantity worked out considering LHS+RHS Road length of 117.43 Kms out of which 40% assumed as Commercial portion i.e. 46.97 Kms for two times cleaning)

Bush Cutting by engaging 10 nos. of labours and minimum 4 nos. of Bush Cutting machine along with transportation of Bush Cutting waste to the designated location using open LCV vehicle (Annual Quantity worked out considering bush cutting for 2 days in a week i.e. 96 days of operation in a year multiplied with 10 nos. of labours. The unit rate to be adjusted accordingly so as to cover the cost of transportation, engagement of supervisor and also the capital and operation cost of the Bush Cutting machine)

Engaging labours for manual cleaning of signage, street furniture and statue including cleaning of bushes/grass/litters in the surrounding area within minimum 10 meters radius of any statue and transportation of waste to the designated site (Annual Quantity worked out considering bush cutting for 2 days in a week i.e. 96 days of operation in a year multiplied with 10 nos. of labours)

Mechanised cleaning of signage, street furniture and statue using 1 no. of bolero pick up mounted mechanised water sprinkler with hand gun for cleaning of statues and signage for 2 times in a week (Annual Quantity worked out considering 96 days of operation in a year. rate to be quoted for per day of operation of 8 hours)

Deployment of Push Carts and Workmen accessories such as PPE kit, Apron, Uniform,Gum boot, Gloves etc (Lumpsum monthly cost to be quoted)
