Name of Work:- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) in connection with Operation and running routine maintenance and allied electro mechanical Work including painting of steel / iron surfaces to the trestle bridge, iron caging , railing etc at 14 vent sluice at the outfall of Bhangarkota khal at Makhla, Mouja- Kamargati, PS- Haroa, Dist- North 24PGS. during the year 2026-27.

Engagement of one number Electrician cum operator (skilled worker) having worksman permit 1(b),(ii) & (iv) through out the year for electro-mechanical operation of 14 vent gate shutters and running maintenance of all types of equipments installed at site as per direction of EIC.

Engagement of one number Helper to assist Electrician cum operator through out the year for electro-mechanical operation of 14 vent gate shutters and running maintenance of all types of equipments installed at site as per direction of EIC .

Supply of following materials for routine lubrication of all moving parts including oiling - greasing.

Supply of Gear Oil as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supply of Grease

Supply and fixing of LT panel accessories of approved make in existing LT panel including connections etc. as required as per specification.

Supply of 22.5 mm Hole Dia Mushroom Type Push Button switch

Supply of 22.5 mm dia LED indicating lamps

Inspection Checking/testing and servicing of the existing starter panel, all terminal connection, contactors, relays etc as per desired technical specification including man and minor materials for proper functioning as per direction of EIC.

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper, wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation of surface including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Painting of embedded parts, all types of gates, stoplogs and barscreen/gratings etc on prepared surfaces with one coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer (airless s p r a y preferred)70+/ - 5 micron and two super coats with a total thickness of 300 microns (each 150+/- 5) of solventless coaltar epoxy paint each coat 150 microns ( total 300 microns) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.
