Running and breakdown maintenance of air conditioners, water coolers, and refrigerators installed at various service buildings of the colony and GM Office, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The work includes deployment of 02 skilled and 04 unskilled personnel per day (01 set for GM office & sector A and 01 set for Sector B&C) for attending to approximately 180 window/split air conditioners, 12 water coolers, and 20 refrigerators. The scope also covers all types of AC-related works such as dismantling, shifting, refitting, and installation from one location to another.(The rate shall be quoted exclusive of CMPF and CMPS)
