| 1 | Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Division/Sub Division/Section offices/MRT office/E & MR office and field staff etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line/LT Line, breaking of meter seal if required to carry out the repairing and maintenance works of the Sub Station and re-energization, testing etc. as required. |
| 2 | To carry out minor repairing works such as fixing/post insulators/LAs, jumper wires, LT side cable, LT side switch gears, etc. |
| 3 | To carry out major repairing works such as rewinding/ replacement/ repairing & overhauling of Transformer, AB switch, DO fuse unit, replacement of HT cable and its end terminations or any other major repairing works of the DP structure & associated overhead lines. |
| 4 | Thorough servicing of AB Switch, adjustment of bearings, male/female contacts, lubricating of moving items i/c replacement of minor defective parts like nuts, bolts, clamps, wire braided copper strips and checking the functional operation, etc. as required. |
| 5 | Replacement of the following defective spare parts of the transformer substation by new one i/c fitting, connection etc. as reqd. |
| 6 | Male contact and Female contacts made of hard drawn copper for 200 Amps air break switch with wire braided strip etc. comprising of 3nos per set. |
| 7 | Porcelain Post Insulator with minimum creepage distance 25mm per KV minimum tensile strength 15KN for 200Amps 11KV AB switch/ HG fuse unit/DO fuse units with all accessories. |
| 8 | Replacement of damaged and unserviceable AB switch by new one of following type, 11 KV, off load, single break, triple pole, horizontal rotating type, air break switch having 2 nos. post insulator per phase complete with galvanized channel iron base, arcing horns, 32 mm dia. 6mtr / 7mtr. long GI pipe, tinned copper wire braided flexible earthing wire & operating handle with locking arrangement etc. complete as required. |
| 9 | Having Porcelain post insulator, 200A rated outdoor type AB switch, service voltage /rated voltage -11KV rms/12KV rms, 50 Hz, rated short time current 16KA for 1 sec. as per specifications. |
| 10 | Dismantling of faulty and damaged AB switch from the DP structure i/c cutting the base channels/bolts etc. complete as required. (The dismantled faulty & damaged AB switch may be retained by the agency) |
| 11 | Replacement of damaged and unserviceable DO/HG fuse units by new one of 3 phase, 11 KV outdoor type Horn Gap Fuse unit having 2 nos. 11 KV post type insulator (5KN) per phase complete with channel, cu-wire etc. as required (one set comprising 3 units) as per the following type. |
| 12 | Horn Gap Fuse unit with porcelain Insulators-continuous rated current 100A, 50Hz, Service voltage/Rated voltage- 11KV / 12KV rms, minimum creepage distance of insulators 320mm as per the specifications. |
| 13 | Dismantling of faulty and damaged DO Fuse / HG fuse unit set from the DP structure i/c cutting the base channels/bolts etc. complete as required. (The dismantled faulty & damaged DO/HG fuse units may be retained by the agency) |
| 14 | Rewiring of the DP structure of Transformer Sub Station with 50sqmm insulated Al.conductor stranded cable with al. Lugs/sockets, binding with post insulators etc. complete as required. |
| 15 | Replacement of the defective parts / components by new ones of following sizes & ratings aluminium/copper sockets/lugs for PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium/copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade i/c fixing/crimping etc. as required. |
| 16 | 55sqmm Al socket. |
| 17 | Dismantling the following ratings faulty transformer from the existing D.P. structure/Plinth & installation of standby/repaired transformer i/c testing and commissioning, recording the required parameters etc. by qualified staff, arranging required tools & plant with proper precautionary measures etc. as required. |
