| 2 | Supply of 11KV Indoor Resin Cast Dual Core Current Transformers (CT) of ratio 30:15/5-5A, Core-1: 15VA , Class-0.5, Core-2: 15VA, Class 5P10, STC: 100OCF/1 sec, 50Hz, BIL: 12KV/28KV/75KVp as per IS 2705 suitable for 630Amps, 11KV , 25 KA VCB panel of Kirloskar make, i/c cost of transportation of sample from site to the manufacturing unit located at Mysore, cost of manufacturing as per sample and transportation back of the finished products to site at Bhubaneswar etc. complete as reqd. |
| 3 | Installation of 11KV CT, 11KV CT in 3 phase HT VCB panel i/c connection and testing etc. after disconnection of power supply, removing the faulty CT as required. (For one module). |
| 4 | Servicing of 630Apms 11 KV VCB i/c removal of copper sulphation coatings/rusts, cleaning of contacts with CRC/CTC solution, removal of moisture with hot air blower, checking of contacts, control, closing, trip circuits, spring mechanism, motor, measurement of insulation resistance with suitable rating megger insulation tester and bringing the insulation up to required level if required etc. complete as required. (For One unit) |
| 5 | Making arrangements for thorough checking/inspection of the control & monitoring modules of 630Amps, 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs) panels by qualified and experienced Engineer /Technician, testing of all safety system, testing/calibration of all relays system , servicing of all CT & PT operated metering units, assessing the requirement of materials, spare parts/components etc. for repairing the HT control panels etc. complete as required. |
| 6 | Liaisoning and making coordination with the supply authority for obtaining 11 KV shut down to carry out the above mentioned work, interchanging the connection of HT incoming cable at FP structure and re-energization of 11 KV supply after completion of work etc. complete as required. (01 job for each shut down) |

| 8 | Dismantling existing industrial type panel having two incomings and 8nos outgoings after disconnection of the incoming and outgoing cables/wires, making temporary arrangements for maintaining power supply to the electrical loads including arranging necessary cables/wires, connectors, PVC tapes, tools and instruments etc., cutting and removing the existing MS angle frames, carry out minor civil works, removing the dismantled panel and shifting to corridor with all the surplus cables, conduits, wires, junction boxes and lifting , removing the sand aggregate and making suitable space for construction of cable trench for installation of new panel etc. complete as required |
| 9 | Supplying and fixing of 8 way vertical type, 3 phase and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board with IP-30 protection, suitable for flush/surface mounting with 250 A copper bus bar for each phase, 2 neutral bar, 2 earth bar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated bus bar & shrouded neutral bars, pre-fitted masking sheet, reversible door with provision for fixing 250Amps 3 pole MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCB's as outgoing etc. as per IEC 61439-3 and grouting in wall as required.
