Repair of gun metal impeler of pump set with by filling brass welding for damaged portion to the accurate sizes in all leads and lifts.

Rewinding of motor 15 HP submersible motor with PVC insulated coper wiring wooden wedges installation sheet sleeves solder insulated type and all the other items at the time of rewinding complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Repair and aligment of of rotor shaft as per filling of welding and turning to the accurate size with repair old slots of wedges in all leads and lifts.

Prov and fixing gun metal bush for rotor shaft complete job with turning and finishing of bushes to the accurate size of rotor shaft in all leads and lifts.

Prov and fixing steel rubber bushes in all leads and lifts.

Prov and fixing Disc set for submersible motor of 1.50 HP set with base and carbon disc set in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of water proof cable 3 Core, 4 sqmm as per IS-674-Part-II -1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing of high steel carben rope size 40 millimeter square for holding of submersible pump set within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing, fixing and fitting 3 layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipe UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PPR plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings complete to ISI -15801-2010 and testing of joint including high steel carbon rope size 5 milimetre square for holding of submersible pump set within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer - in charge. a) 40 mm dia (PN-16)

In the borewell motor & pump lifting by using 8 man power and after repair set in here original position complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
