Providing, laying, spreading and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder (S-90/VG-10) after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 of MORD by manual means including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick premix carpet and seal coat type-B specification Clause 1904.2, 503 and 508.1 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
