Laying, jointing, testing and carriage of GI flanged pipes of following diameter, conforming to IS:1239-1990 ( Part-II) having minimum wall thickness and class of pipes specified below capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in a random length of 4 to 7 mtrs with bevelled ends and jointed with flange table mentioned below confirming to tables as specified below of BIS 6392-1971 (latest with upto date ammendments). The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in double layer to make the joints leak proof according to relevant BIS standards and detailed specifications complete, with nut & bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber jointing gasket or synthetic rubber gasket confirming to relevant BIS codes. Laying will include all operations such as all kinds of flanged short pieces, bends, tees & other specials etc made from parent tubes & provided and welded with flanges of tables as applicable for the particular reach as per site conditions, including flushing,cleaning & hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and supplying of Submersible pump of reputed make such as KSB make model BPD 242/6A+UMA-150-6/22 with suitable HP motor confirming to latest relevant BIS code of approved make for clear cold water coupled with water filled water fabricated three phase submersible motor suitable for bore well of diameter 125mm to perform the following duty conditions:- Head:- 70 Mtr , Discharge:- 5.50 LPS

Providing control pannel for operation of above pump set with fully automatic DOL starter suitable for 7.5 HP motor with auto contactor magnetic type overload relay Amperemeter, Voltmeter, over load relay,SPPR start stop buttons, indicator lamp with wall mounted almirah type enclousere including complete internal wiring, MCB, capacitor, connection plate etc. for incoming and outgoing feeders complete job in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.
