Roof bolting by approved portable hydraulic roof bolting machine suitable with wet drilling arrangement drill 1.80mtr long hole in roof with 27mm Dia drill bit for anchoring 20/22 mm Dia roof bolts with resin capsules and fitting of bearing plates and W-Straps (As and when required) and tightening of nuts etc complete. (Note- Hydraulic roof bolting machine with hydraulic oil & wet drilling arrangement, drill rod, drill bit and spray pump to be provided by contractor) Note- (1) The Transportation of material (i.e Roof Bolt Rod, Bearing Plate, Nuts & Resin Capsules) from surface to work place shall be done by contractor. (2) Electrical power and water at one convenient point for drilling machine will be arranged by Management. (3) Cable/ Water hoses from power pack to drill machine and starter shall be supplied by contractor (4) Shifting of Power pack & drill machine shall be done by the Contractor. (5) All maintenance and related shifting will be done by contractor. (6) Such arrangement shall be made that the roof bolt grouted/ Jammed by the contractor and the Company (SECL) are distinguishable.
