Earthwork in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay & sand) including liftupto 1.50 m and lead upto 30 cm including filling, watering and raming of excavated earth into the trenches or in the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Eng. including upto a distance of 30 mtr from foundation as per (S.l.No.251)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Class 150 sub class 'A' brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor in foundation & up to plinth including supply of all materials and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work . As per (S.l.No305)

Providing and Laying of factory made 80 mm thick rubber moulded interlocking cement concrete tilles (30 mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Struck pointing with cement morter consisting one part of cement and two part of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous on brick work including raking of joints washing and cleaning and supply of all materials, labours T&P etc. including all completion of work. As per (S.l.No574)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) excavation to be in the from of pit not exceeding 50 cm. in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including the raming and dressing the surface to required leves slopes and also 1.50 meter lift and 30 mt. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank withen 30 mt. distance as directed by the Engineer Incharged per S.l.No 253

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand 20mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in foundation and footing excluding the supply of rainforcement and its bending but including its bidding the same with 24 BWG HI binding wire and alos including providing & fixing necessary centering and shuttering and its removal after completion of work & supply of all other materials labour T&P etc. Required for the proper completion of the work. As per (S.l.No.284A)

Mild steel of iron work in plain work such as in reinforced concreate or reinforced brick work (When not included in overall rate) wrought to required shapes as necessary and bending for the proper completion of work including supply of steel and its wastages and all labour and T&P required for proper completion of work note the steel shall bent cold and all bends hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured as per s.l. No 504

Supply and fixing of sign board made of M.S angle iron including supply and cost of all materils labours T & P etc. required templet as directed by the Engineer In charge.
