| 2 | M&L cement plaster in two layers on Brick / stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work ,first layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second layer cement plaster 05 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement , finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified & directed.Note:- WPC will measured and paid seperately under respective item. |
| 3 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with applying white cement based wall care putty 2mm thick and acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade, applying two or more coat of paint @ 1.67 ltr / 10 sqm and priming coat of exterior primer @ 2.20kg / 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces / other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed. |
| 5 | M & L for applying two coat of interior oil emulsion over a coat of wall primer incl. preparation of newly plastered walls etc and applying white cement based wall care putty 2mm thick in two layers of 1mm each for leveling the surface complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and Preparation of old surfaces and applying necessary levelling course to the surfaces including properly making of V shape crakes and filling of all cracks with crack seal of walls and including applying two coat of interior oil emulsion over a coat of wall primer and applying white cement based wall care putty 2mm thick in two layers of 1mm each complete all as specified and directed. |

| 10 | M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases of floors, etc finished the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graged stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels ,Cills ,steps,seismic and other similer bands,plinth courses,string courses,lacing courses,parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height ,coupings ,kneelers,apex stones,bed plates and the like including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified & directed. |
| 13 | S&F for 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured vitrified tiles area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. |

| 15 | M&L nonskid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coiour/shade including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. |
