Providing and fixing 2\\" dia 2'-3\\" high G.I. pipe (Heavy Duty) railing having vertical members to be fixed 7’-0” centre to centre. The horizontal/vertical members of railing are to be connected by means of 2” G.I. elbow. Vertical members of railing are to be embedded in ground up to 9” depth and to be fixed in cement concrete blocks of size 1’-0” x 1’-0” x 0”-9” (Cement Concrete 1:2:4). It further includes iron hold fast 0”-9” long of M.S. flat or section 50 x 12mm to be welded at the bottom of vertical members. Complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the E-I-C.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Providing and fixing M.S Angle 75x75x6 mm frame board of height 12 feet and width 9 feet. The CRC sheet of 16 gauge of size 8.33 feet x 2 feet is to be welded on top side of the frame. The frame is to be fixed on ground with 2' long anchorage in cement concrete 1:2:4 block size 1'x1'x2' (Depth). The rates also inclused one coat of steel primer with two coat of special quality paint of approved shade and further writing the approved write-up on one side of the board as per the direction of EIC, complete in all respects as per drawing & job to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6'-0\\" long and 2'-3\\" high above ground level and 1'-0\\" below ground level welded with 2no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom including 1nos. ms flat 25x10mm horizontally welded below top frame making a T and 10no's M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6\\" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2no's 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3\\" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter M.S. flat 50x12mm shall be provided with 9\\" long anchorage piece of MS flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0\\"x0'-9\\"x1'-0\\". The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead DSR 14.1
