M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to any shape/ size required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (M-25 design mix) in foundations, incl rafts, footings, foundation beams, plingth beams, bases for colimns etc basement slabs under reamed piles, and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade B etc complete all as specified and as directed
