Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 mtrs deep and gatting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering and roolled with 8 to 10 tonnes vibrator power roller to camber gradient required including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling consolidating formation surfaces of road in cutting with exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne power roller and forming required level ,gradient and camber including filling in hollows and depressions, watering as necessary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm spread thickness soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 7.5cm thick each with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing WBM surface road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) grade VG 30 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix Bituminous Macadam with 4 % binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and roller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 complete all as specified and directed.
