Supply and fixing of horizontal diamond grill comprising of 2mm dia stainless steel ,316 grade wire (without nylon coating) @ 50 mm c/c distance, shall be fixed in to, bottom and side frame of aluminium section 6063 alloy, T6 by requisite fasteners, SS 304 locking screws, aluminium channel and cover cap with fasteners. The aluminium frame shall be fixed with fasteners with existing brick / concrete work complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Net opening area shall be measured for payment purpose.)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plastering on wall surfaces in two layers (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as ecommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ).

M&L for complete removal of existing paint from old decorated surface, preparation of wall surfaces by washing down, rubbing, and removing stains, including application of Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.Notes: (i) After drying of primer coat, surface shall be sanded with zero-grade abrasive paper, ensuring primer is not rubbed off.
