M&L for Preparing of old black top surface by wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick consolidted thickness with 5.5% binder paving bitumen any penetration content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechnical self propelled paver and rolled with mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines, danshes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3662-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactureres instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for delinator fitted with ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 50 mm or 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS Pipe of 50 mm dia and min 700 mm high duly powder coated, anti rust & anti theft steel net including necessary fixing arrangement, earthwork, concrete block of size 150X150X200 mm in PCC 1:2:4, removal of surplus soil etc complete all as specified and directed.
