Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and shade (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including, priming coat of whiting to give an even shade including all scaffolding.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide
