Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 20 Mtr high mast lighting system.Work includes Construction of foundation base for mounting/Installing 20 mtr high mast lightning system. Providing 20 mtr high mast with 16 No. 400 watt LED light mounted at top of high mast. Tower must have minimum 500 mm dia at bottom and 150 mm dia at top it comprises of minimum 2 or 3 segments and tower made from high tensile steel strength suitable for high wind speed and all weather condition as per IS 875,lifting and lowering system comprising head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install luminaries in symmetrical arrangement as per design, double drum winch, 2 continuous SS wire rope without any joint or bolting, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, junction box, Wiring material, power cables between panel and mast, MCB in base compartment, mounting clamps and bolts, Supply and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and template. Single Dome LED AVIATION Obstruction Light should be provided with Inbuilt surge Protector up to 20 KV. Supply and fitting of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, double dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals, construction of necessary civil foundation to withstand the above high mast light load including all material, labour& T&P etc. at Utraula Pump Canal, Balrampur under Modernization Project of Electrical& Mechanical work of Utraula Pump Canal, Balrampur.
