Seats- Belt Type Seats made of Synthetic Rubberized material/Fiber reinforced fabric materials of Virgin Reinforced materlal. The belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated Gl chain. | 11 | Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. | 12 | Providing and fixing precast concrete bench (Chair type with or without arm-rest) with back. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in gray cement colour of thickness of 100 mm back height 1000mm & front height- 450mm, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling transportation, erection and long use. All parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assembly. Seating length of the bench shall be 1500 mm, seating height of the bench = 450mm and total height of the bench = 1000mm bench. Top and back planks are treated with special anti corrosive, water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof. (Note: -Preferably make of RCC Bench is 'K.K') all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. |

| 18 | d) For 5th Year Terms & Conditions :1.All the pipes should be G.I. ‘C’ class, ISI marked.2.The maintenance of equipment for initial two year after actual date of completion of the work shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. The three years maintenance period as per the schedule above shall be reckoned after expiry of Two year of maintenance period.3. It will be the responsibility of the agency of keep all the fitness equipment in fully working condition 24x7. If agency fails to bring the fitness equipment back in working condition within 48 hours after receiving of the complaints, the agency shall pay Rs. 1000/- per complaint per day to the department.4. An amount equal to 10% of the cost of work against item No-1 to 4 in schedule-A shall be retained as additional Security Deposit, in addition to the Security Deposit mentioned elsewhere in contract form. The amount so withheld would be released after the date of completion of the entire work under the Agreement, if the performance of the work done is found satisfactory. However, the Security Deposit so deducted may be released in full against bank guarantee of equivalent amount in favour of Engineer-in-charge, if so decided by the Engineer-in-charge.5. The spare parts of each equipment also should be matched in every respect/auspect with existing or similar design as installed by DDA at various parks for repair. All metal parts should be powder coated6. Date of start for maintenance period for new children play equipments will be considered only after installation of Play equipments in all the parks mentioned in list.7. A complaint hotline must be prominently displayed near the play equipments at each park, allowing the public to report any issues related to children play equipments maintenance.
