(v) Depth of second and third trial bores may vary if suggested by CGWB. Contractor shall have no claim on account of reduction or addition in the depth. (vi) Payment of unsuccessful trial bore(s)shall only be released after successful boring in the successive trial. However in the event of unsuccessful boring even after 3 Nos. of trial bores if it is decided to be given up, the site will be abandoned and payment for all the trial bores will be allowed only after approval of Accepting Officer. (vii) Rate applicable for payment of the second and third trial bore shall be 20% less than the rates quoted against 1st trial bore. |
