(prior approval of sample and brand is necssary before use. Including all components & Services a) Endless Belt Conveyor having size of 6000mm x 1000mmx 5.5mm thickness. including belt speed 25 to 35 Meter per Minute.Belt load 60 kg/Linear per meter & static load 150 kg/sq.mt. b) Main Drive Motor 3HP - SEW make 3 Phase c) AC Drive Panel VFD Schneider make - 3HP. d) MCB Control Relay 25 kA Breaking Capacity make Schneider/ Siemens e) Seperate Earting to be provided. f)one side guard to prevent baggage falling - Stainless Steel 304 grade, 150 - 200mm height, full 6000mm length. g)Single phasing, Phase Reversal & Voltage Protection - Phase Monitoring Relay- Digital PMR ( Make Schneder/Siemens) h)Control Panel Have Voltmeter, Ammeter & indication light for 3 phase system, including ON & OFF indicators. i)The control panel shall have air lowers for proper ventilation. j)Emergency Stop switches & Sensors at 3 positions. k) Provision of Alarm/ Time Delay for Baggage Stuck on Belt l) provision to Interlock to Synchronize with Existing Conveyer. m) Provision of Separate Power Supply from Main Panel. etc complete.
