| 2 | M&L for providing and laying / fixing TPO membrane of non-flammable waterproofing of roof which shall be 1.5mm thick loose laid membrane using Fosroc Proofex ORG membrane, layers are overlaped to achieve a minimum weld of 110mm. Hot air welding can be either hand applied or by means of automatic machines and the roll's either end are overlapped with 110mm are in staggered position and the membrane shall be laid over the layers of non-woven geotextile fiber. The seperation layer provided to prevent the mechanical abrasion and cushioning between the fosroc proofex ORG membrane and the concrete substructure . The termination of fosroc proofex ORG by aluminium strip anchoring incl removal of existing treatment.Note: Work shall be executed directly by manufacturer or through their authorised and qualified applicators, of any following manufacturer only.M/s Fosroc chemicals, M/s Thermax Limited, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa India Ltd. |
| 3 | Removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, padding, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed . |
| 10 | M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish as padding finished with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Integral WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 11 | Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | M&L APP polymeric membrane min weight 3.0kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application method complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed. |

| 15 | (a) Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion in toilet and removing debris outside MD land. |
| 16 | (b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) |
| 17 | (c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing as per manufacturer instruction. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). |
| 18 | (d) All junctions points of side wall spout where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. |
| 19 | (e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. |
| 20 | (f) Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | (g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately). |
| 22 | (h) Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2, n exc 150mm thick complete all as specified |
