| 8 | Note : Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following :-(a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates complete set as per OEM.(b) Supply of control panel housing suitable control circuit for the operation of the mast made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, single door type with slopy canopy suitable for outdoor installation. It shall also consist of suitable control including necessary MCB's, contactors, digital timer switch, high mast up and down control switch with Auto/Manual operation switch.(c) Construction of foundation of high mast pole as per manufacturer's instruction. Design mix of RCC M30 disign mix for foundation of size as recommended by OEM shall be carried out by contractor from approved lab / CTL lab as specified in particular specification however nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account.(d) Drawing of high mast light system along with design mix details shall be submitted by contractor to department for approval before construction.(e) Necessary earth work, excavation, RCC M30 design mix for foundation including formwork and reinforcement for highmast lights shall be deemed to inclusive of qouted rate.(f) Provision of Gl pipe earthing for mast with 2.5m long 40mm dia Gl Pipe including connection to mast earth terminal with 32 X 6mm Gl flat with all material and labourNote : (i)The LED flood light fittings & aviation obstruction lights for this item will measured and paid separately under relevant item.
