Supply, installation and operation of a prefabricated biogas plant capacity of 1 Tonne with shredder, pre-digester, waste sludge pump for the input system, FRP-coated MS digester with heating system, scrubbers for hydrogen sulphide and moisture scrubbing, specifically designed biogas burners, automatic flaring unit and strong gas storage vessel. The unit should automatically route to the electronic flaring unit in case of non-utilisation of biogas. Biogas shall be made available for the use of the Ayurveda Hospital, Vadakara. The plant should have an industrial control system for operations. The monitoring system shall always be operational with remote controls for safety and performance.
