| 3 | Development of trial bore by Reaming upto 525 mm from depth 60 meter to 100 meter including MS ERW casing pipe of 250 mm dia having thickness 8mm and pea gravel around the Casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.Note : Any necessary slotting work, ancillary works, deployment of additional machinery, tools & plants, and allied operations required for proper execution shall be deemed made under the relevant item of this Schedule. |
| 4 | Supply and Fixing cost for MS reducer, bail plug 4.8mm thickness, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Labour only for making slot in MS ERW casing pipe of sizes 2mm in width and 70mm in length. Slots shall be provided in a staggered pattern uniformly throughout the slotted portion of the pipe to ensure proper intake of water and structural stability of the casing.The total slotted area shall be approximately 30% of the external surface area of the casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.All slots shall be cleanly cut, free from burrs, sharp edges, deformation, and shall not impair the strength of the pipe. Slotting shall be carried out strictly as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply, laying and testing pipe PVC-U heavy coupler type 100 mm dia including all fittings, to withstand safe allowable pressure 26 Kg/Cm2 or 260 Meter having standard length of 3 Meter and end thickness not less than 12.3 mm and Barrel thickness not less than 10 mm to be lowered with submersible pump set into borewell alongwith suitable rope wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 9 | Supply,installation & fixing of Submersible pump set complete with electric driven motor 415 V, TP alongwith chain pulley mounted on ISMB(180x90mm (minimum 18kg/mtr)) structure 5 mtr height (one mtr grouted in ground and remaining 4 mtr above ground) and 2 mtr wide plateform. The work includes providing bore well (Casing pipe size 350mm) submersible pump capacity shall be 20 HP Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The discharge of the pump will be decided after yield test and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
