Laying rolling, consoliding, 30mm thickness of bitumen premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen grade VG-30 by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver,roller and completed to required camber gradient with pressure roller and 8 to 10 tonne power roller and be achieved a uniform smooth pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 2 | Repairs to pothholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including, sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scooring suncken surfaces in roads,paths etc cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth and applying tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 kg 10 sqm, making good by filling in screed and grade road metal watering and well ramming(including supply of road metal). |
| 3 | Material and labour for proving and marking 2.5mm thick broken centre line/side line/zebra lines, dashes,arrow etc on road pavement and the like of any description and width with hot thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS-3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA strips lens with reflector fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable size as per manufacruers instruction of approved make by GE. |
