Note :- Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid seperately. |
| 6 | Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | M & L for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, column, lintel, slab, chhajja, pardi, railing etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement, by sand blasting using suitable pump as directed by the GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fix welded wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia wire, weight not less than 1.37 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement and applying pressure guniting in cement mortar 1:3, average 30mm to 50mm thickness and thereafter rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3), mixed with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and formwork (G+3 storeys) and safety arrangement for guniting work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The finish of the surfaces shall be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item as supply only. |
