| 27 | M & L for full body homogeneous, joint free granalt tiles 15mm thick, designed to mimic the luxurious look of natural granite and marble (white flex or any light shade as approved by GE with superior practicality, of size 800x2400mm Mat and glossy finishes for floors, walls, and countertops, all while being easy to maintain, stain-resistant,white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Tiles shall be placed with suitable adhesive as directed by engr-in-charge and cost of this provision shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate. (ii) Rounding of edges of stone slabs shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item. |

| 30 | M&L for Self Curing Ready Mix Plaster of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm, pre-packaged, ready-to-use formulated with cement, graded sand, polymers, and special self-curing compounds on external surfaces of walls, chajja, facia at any height with necessary scafolding surface finished even and smooth including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing for plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
