Excavation in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out incl forming of bottom for laying cable all as specified and directed

Returning filling using excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cms all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated material n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed

Taking up old unserviciable LT UG cables from trench/poles/wall etc of 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

Supply and lay LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying of Telerex DWC (double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia 90mm and inner dia 75 mm of following sizes polyethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified.

Supply and jointing Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 300 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable out door type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing medium grade 100 mm for cable protection as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 200A, 25KA, 415V thermal and magnetic adjustable type including making all fixing arrangement, cutting welding of existing panel board as per site requirment and painting the disturbed part of panel as per the existing colour ofthe panel and electric connection complete all as directed including taking down old one.
