| 1 | Checking, Inspection, maintanance and servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable spare parts of the various capacity of DG sets (comparising of Engine/ Alternator/ Control panel) of the following capacity for smooth functioning complete all as per manufacturers instructions and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Checking of lubricating oil condition. (b) Checking of leakage of engine oil and water and correcting the same (c) Checking of all the nut bolts of engine and alternator (d) Checking of all belts and adjust the tenson properly (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Checking and readjusting the valve clearance (g) Change of Oil/Fuel filters and engine oil if necessary (h) Checking of starter motor battery and charger (i) Checking of cooling system and fuel system complete (j) checking of all power cables and AVR connections and mounting bolt tightnees of alternator (k) checking the function of AVR genaral checks (l) Checking of control panel meters and gadgets functiong (m) Checking of all control and safety wirings (n) Checking of flexible coupling of engine and alternator (o) Cleaning of crank case ventilation pipe (p) Checking of injectors and fuel pump (q) Checking of alternator and carbon brushes of following capacity DG sets. NOTE : (1) Cost of Spares required will be paid and measured separately under respective items (2) Servicing/routine check up carried out through authorised service centre of manufacturer (3) Make of spare recommendation by auth service centre of manufacturer. |
