| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance/ servicing and testing of RO plant including washing, cleaning of sedimentation filter, disinfection process, servicing of pressure pumping set and dosing unit complete at so as to supply qualitative water at permissible level of TDS.Note:- (a) Spares required for replacement will measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (b) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes cost of maint/ servicing of above said plant once in a period of 90 days till the date of completion of work.(c) Servicing should be done by OEM/ authorized agency and not by any local mechanic.(d) Contractor shall be produce all purchase voucher and test certificate before submitted RAR.(e) Replacement of sedmentation filter in each visit is deemed to be included in the unit rate. |

| 10 | Supply and fixing in anti scalant chemical.all as directed by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing in replacement low/ high pressure AC/DC switch of 50/60 Ltrs RO plant complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Dismantling, cleaning and overhauling of 0.25/0.5 HP centrifugal mono block pump set/ pressure booster pump set of the following capacities including rewinding of motor with appropriate super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, replacement of bearing - 02 Nos, including all connection and testing complete for following unsv replacement of parts:-(i) Replacement of bush (gland). (ii) Replacement of pump shaft. (iii) Replacement of impeller. (iv) Replacement of shaft sleeve. Note: Except winding material, all unserviceable components of Pump-Motor will be replaced by the contractor and are inclusive rate in job) complete all as specified and as directed. |

(ii) Replacement of pump shaft.(iii) Replacement of impeller. (iv) Replacement of shaft sleeve. | 14 | Removal of lowering & loweing pump Motor, Dismantling, cleaning and overhauling of 25 HP borewell submersible pump set of the following capacities including rewinding of motor with appropriate super enameled copper wire of existing gauge, replacement of bearing - 02 Nos, including all connection and testing complete for following unsv replacement of parts:-(i) Replacement of bush (gland) and clamps of borewell. (ii) Replacement of pump shaft and borewell cover. (iii) Replacement of impeller. (iv) Replacement of shaft sleeve. Note: Except winding material, all unserviceable components of Pump-Motor will be replaced by the contractor and are inclusive rate in job. |
