| 13 | S&F pipe reducer 400 mm to 250 mm including preparation of pipe ends, welding, grinding, leak testing, applying one coat of red-oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, with all fittings, consumables and labour, all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Note:- Critical Work a) The work is critical and shutdown will be available for a very limited duration only; no extension of shutdown shall be granted.b) Contractor must arrange multiple teams and adequate manpower to complete the work within the approved shutdown period.c) All materials, tools, consumables and equipment shall be brought to site before shutdown begins; delays due to material shortage will not be accepted.d) Work shall be carried out continuously, including night shifts if required, to ensure timely completion.e) Any damage to existing services during execution shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost.f) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all manpower, overtime, logistics, and restoration works required for completing the job within the restricted shutdown time.
