| 5 | S&F 0.8 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc,and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type any size complete all specified and directed. |
| 8 | Excavation of post holes (or similar holes) in Soft / loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good final finished surface complete all as specified and directed. |

| 10 | S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapeas directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. |

| 13 | Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc |
| 14 | M&L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete, external surfaces of parapet walls finished and even & fair without using extra cement integral water proofing compound as per manufacturere's instructions (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specifed & as directed. |
| 15 | M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 white marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size with colour compound) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings incl Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.
