Supplying two-channel occupancy sensor suitable for control of lighting and exhaust fan, having two independent output channels with separate adjustable time delay settings, detection range up to 6 metres, with minimum load capacity of 600 W for Channel–1 (Light) and 800 W for Channel–2 (Exhaust Fan), complete as per specifications.Make:-QURUS (QRSR-PIR-2C-RD), iTvis, Schneider, Legrand or equivalent.

Supplying and drawing 2 x 1.5 sqmm size of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply of suitable size all weather electrical box for accommodating the ceiling type sensor moudle (Sensor model- QRSR-PIR-2C-RD or similar ) for wall mounting purpose,including the suitable cutting and finishing the lid cap of the box for occupancy sensor proper seating with accessories as required.for box wall fixing complete as required.Desirable make: Precision Electrical weather box PAB 130130OL or equivalent.

ITC of suitable size all weather electrical box including setting of PIR based dual channel occupancy/motion sensor capable to control independently the exhaust fan and light, including establishing electrical connection,box fixing,setting operational parameters (sensitivity, lux & time delay) and testing for proper functioning.
