Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Comprehensive Maintenance of One (01) Passenger Elevator of 8-passenger capacity, serving 11 stops (G+10) with rated speed of 1.50 mps, complete in all respects, as per approved data sheet, technical specifications and scope defined in Part-I of the tender document.The item shall include all associated civil, structural and electrical works necessary for safe and satisfactory operation of the lift system, including but not limited to the following:A. Civil Works• Minor internal repairs to lift shaft including patchwork, plastering and surface finishing wherever required.• Provision of buffer blocks, sill grouting and machine mounting blocks in machine room.• Front wall modifications at all floors including gap filling and plastering on both sides to suit automatic landing doors.• Grouting of landing call buttons and indicator boxes on all floors; installation of Fireman Switch (FMS) and alarm box at ground floor.• Minor chipping and rectification wherever lift shaft is not in plumb.• Core cutting of openings in existing slab to accommodate new machinery/components.• Repairs to existing machine room, including provision of smoke vent with grill and louvers.• White washing with two coats inside lift shaft and machine room.B. Electrical Works• Replacement/provision of 3-phase armoured power cables.• Supply and installation of iron-clad main switches for 3-phase lift supply and single-phase car light, machine room and shaft lighting circuits.• MCBs, ELCBs, RCCBs and associated distribution arrangements.• 1-phase armoured cabling as required.• LED bulkhead light fittings at each floor and complete machine room lighting wiring.• Provision of earthing pit and double earthing with copper conductor.• Exhaust fans in machine room with necessary grill work.

Comprehensive annual maintenance charges inclusive of all taxes, transport, insurance, handling etc. as applicable after defects liability period as per terms & conditions specifies in Part I on per year for proposed new lifts (Rates to be quoted for only for the 1st year)
