The AMR meter shall facilitate Single Command based reading, minimum 90days historical data retrieve facility and minimum reading distance more than 0.5 km with web based software and android based web app and also have facility to communicate and store hourly/daily water consumption and be able to report device-based alarms on the cloud-based meter data management software. O&M must have local R&D centre in India. AMR meter should be warranted for not less than 10 years fromsuccessful installation of the meter. |
