Pumping Machinery Labour charges for day to day operation of 3 nos. 160 Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. two will be operated at a time and one will be stand by), two nos dewatering pumps and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. w.e.f. 01.04.26 to 31.03.2027.

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, Soft Starters, valves with actuators, dewatering pumps, APFC panels ,LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for the entire period of contract

Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT, instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC.A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays.B] M-pact SCB’s releaseC] All the auxiliaries relaysD] Shunt trip circuitE] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuitF] Calibration of all metersG] Motor protection Relay and associated relay [N.B. :Test results to be submitted.] Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
