Supply& Fixing of 9M high mini mast suitable for wind speed 50m/s made up of IS 5986/IS 2062/IS 1239 or Eqiv from Hot dip galvanized iron -IS 4759 with head fram suitable for fixing 4 nos solar plate and luminaries carrige suitable to install 4 nos. luminaries in symmetrical arrangement with ss rope and trun buckle softy arrangement.The shaft ill be bottom diameter-320mm top diameter 120mm thikness 4mm, base plate 520mmx520mm and 16 mm thickness . The mini mast should have inbuilt Junction box for termination of cable, battery box structure for accomodating rotorised 4 nos solar battery and ladder arrangement for maintenance of solar plates, luminaries etc, L type foundation bolt M24x800mm (4 Nos) is to be supplied with the mast as required ( Make: Kolkata Pole Corporation/Transrail/Utkasrh/BPC)

construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundation as per standerd design as per the manufacturer with 1:1½:3 cement concrete M-20 Gr, for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/ Sq mtr. TMT steel as per IS(0.5% of CC Volume) and about said depth along with suitable dimension that confirms safe bear of high mast with height of 300 mm above ground incl all materials and labour complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C. the civil foundation work incl. for erection of upto 9 mtr high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx. Total foundation is 800x800x1500mm with 800x800x900mm below GL zone including earth work in excavation , single brick flat soiling, shuttering with centering reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures,ordinary cement concredte (Mix1:1½:3) with gradded stone chipes( 20 mm size) and making 15mm thick pplaster complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supply & installation Solar Mini mast Lighting system ( fixed type) with 4 nos 33w DC LED flood light having initial luminaire lumen output of minimum 4500LM (As per LM79 report of NABL Approved lab) and IP65 protection ( As per test report). With lithum ferro phosphate battery operating at 25.6 v with solar charge controller having the bluetooth based system health scanner and programmer for the monitoring of 12.76kwh capacity of 200wp or higher battery & sollar pannel performance parameters via Android App based mobile application on mobile phone and tablet to monitor the health condition & performance . All the components like PV MODULE, Battery, Luminaries & charge controller will be supplied by the companey and 2 yeard comprehensive warranty againest any manufacturing defects .
