Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia as per Starta encountered by using ODEX method.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M. S. Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. up to 80M BGL M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mm conforming as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

i)Providing/fitting of G.I. Pipe 32 mm dia. (Medium Class)55.00 M (Approx.)/ as per site requirement. Then cutting of G.I/ pipes of 6.00 M length into 03.00 M each.Providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of G.I. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, MS Flanges and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage /transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. (Complete Job)ii)Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of reputed make as perrequired parameters Minimum 2000 LPH at a head of 60M/as per site requirement. The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers up to a depth 55.00 M (Approx.) /as per site requirement and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, T&P and transportation charges. iii)Providing, fitting and installation of single phase submersible starter controller in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges.iv) Providing and laying of 4 sq. mm submersible cable as per site requirement& also providing and fitting of 2-Core PVC insulated copper conductor 6.00 sq. mm- as per site requirement as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make. Making of electrical connections with the starter panel , service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof.v)Providing & laying of G.I Pipe 32 mm dia. (Medium Class)from borehole to Storage Tank as per site requirement along with P/F of other miscellaneous items such as Sockets, Tee, Handle Valve etc. (Complete Job).
