| 2 | OD183724/2025-2026:Supply Design installation testing and commissioning of LT panel (MSB panel with all smart features including power management software) in place of old Panel. The Panel board will be fabricated using CRCA 14 SWG/ 2 mm MS Sheet steel. The sheet steel fabrication will be treated through 7 tank cold pre-treatment process before powder coating. Panel will be powder coated with approved colour and interconnected with Aluminum Bus bars 2500A current carrying density tested and certified by the company. Panel board shall be of cubicle type indoor, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof main free standing 415V LT distribution panel / sub distribution panels as per current IS/IEC standards complete with all accessories such as protection relays, control wiring, auxiliary contacts, indicating lamps, measuring CTs and multi function meters, spreader terminals, EXTENDED ROTORY HANDLE, Com-Module, indication lamps, power supply modules, control MCBs etc. for all incoming and outgoing switches. All the 415V AC, devices/equipment like bus support insulators, circuit breakers, VTs, etc., mounted inside the switchgear shall be suitable for continuous operation and satisfactory performance under the following supply conditions: (a) Variation in supply voltage: 5%, (b) Variation in supply frequency: 3%.The switchboards shall be based on IEC 61439 OEM certified design, supplied by OEM authorized franchises. OEM Partnership certificate shall be furnished by the company. The company shall certify the design and company name imposed/punched on the panel.The Panels shall be tested for internal arc compliance of minimum 85kA for 0.3 sec as per IEC 61641. The LV panel shall have provision for top / bottom in coming and out going respectively to suit site conditions of cable entries. The LV Panel shall comply with the Technical Data Sheet, SLD, and Feeder List as specified by the customer. Degrees of protection provided by enclosures for electrical equipment against mechanical impacts shall be IK10 as per IEC62262. All CTs & PTs shall be resin cast unless specified otherwise or as approved by the customer. All relays, meters & switches shall be flush mounted. All metering equipment shall be digital unless specified otherwise or as approved by the customer. All holes in metalwork shall be protected by substantial grommets or bushes to protect wiring passing through them. The arrangement of controlling switches in the LV panels and their marking shall be such that these are prominent, easily identifiable and accessible. Single line power / control diagrams shall be placed at the back of door or other accessible locations in the panels or near to panel with complete details as required.
